what a way to waste a nice car

there is a dealer in phila name Gray Barbera
that has had this dodge Challenger on top of his dealership for the last 9 months
The thing that really gets me is that the car has been restored it is all there
340 six pack 4 speed this is not a striped car it’s the real deal and this knuckle
head has had it on this platform that turns on top of his dealership
That car has been up there at least 9 to 10 months
WHAT A WASTE
