Default Value for a 1969 427

I have a 1969 427 crate motor 512 block with a casting date Jan 69, heads feb 69 .This is a complete motor .What is the value ? Thank you

Depends on Hp rating, 2 bolt or 4 bolt block, High Performance Solid Lifter, Cast Iron or Aluminum Heads, etc. Please post more info and Pics. Thanks,

Paul,
The motor has 4 bolt mains, forge steel crank. The heads have a 840 casting #.Rods are 3/8 with a dimple on them.

Can you post the info on the block stamp pad and include a pic if possible. The stamp pad is located on the block under the alternator on 69 models.

My guess on value would be $5000 or more if everything is in good condition. Has the block been bored? What intake? Are you sure it's a crate motor? It could possible be a COPO motor. If so, the value would be a lot more. You have probable already gotten quite a few PMs asking for info.

Block stamping CE 958752.The motor is standard bore, heads have had no work done to them.Intake # 163.Paul and jfkheat thank you for your time.
