Jeffrey

My December 69 built 70 L78 Nova does not have one and I just checked and I don't see any marks near and inside the bolt hole that would indicate it originally had one.Hope this helps Bob

HI BOB, MY 70 NOVA L78 WAS BUILT 05A. NO SCREW MARKS INSIDE MY ALTERNATOR BRACKET HOLES EITHER. WHAT DID THEY USE TO KEEP THE HEATER HOSE AWAY FROM THE EDGE OF THE ALTERNATOR BRACKET? THANKS, JEFF

My unrestored 70 L34 has the hose holder attached to the alternator bracket. It's a Jan. built car. Maybe some cars got them and some didn't...
