local car show

my town had a local cruise on saturday. though we had rain some local cars came . not many with belvidere and elburn having their own shows. but here are some pics of the show.
this 72 vette vert was all original with 37,000 miles on it. the pin stripes were put on in 1973. original owner car too !!






























can there really be 2 ken barnhardts in ill. ? car was Spectacular !!!!!!!!!! the plate says it all....SUWEET !!!








this was the guy who organized the show. drove 25 miles in the rain.

and finally, my son proudly displaying his yenko jr dragster,complete with sYc hat. though he only won a bucket full of car care products, he cant wait for Vettefest in the fall to be around other sYc members !!! DITTO !!!
