Attached Garage Storage Question

I store my cars at home in an attached garage (no heat) I was talking to one of the guy's at SCR and he had indicated a certain composition of barrier on the floor to help with moisture. The floors are concrete and not sealed or painted.

What ideas are there for placing a barrier between the floor and the car for this winter until I can upgrade things??
