Nothing posted on Indy this week? Some big Camaro class wins in Stock Eliminator.

Stock Eliminator looks tough. They qualify 128 cars. 128th car is 1.016 under the index. Don Garlits in A/SA is .5 off the pace in 149th spot . A/SA Chad Holzman ran 9.96 on a 11.30 index.

I don't think he is qualified. A pretty tough field!

I know Don has been around racing his entire life, but those eliminator classes are freakin' tough...those cars are so scienced out any more it's hard to just jump in and hope to be successful. My hat's off to those fine folks...

Found out that Garlits was .007 in class eliminations against Fletcher but the car wasn't even close to making the field. About .080 under but you needed to be .101 under to be in the show.
