Default Car Show Pics. from several shows this weekend

Went to three different car shows this weekend. Trying to get it all in before the snow starts flying around and all the leaves are down... This is the last of the outdoor shows for this year..

First stop was Saturday morning to the grand opening of the new NAPA auto parts store in a suburb of Cleveland, North Olmsted. The store is owned by "Fast Eddie" Schartman. He opened the store up across the street from his automotive dealership. The Ron Capps NAPA funny car was there on display. The show was supposed to be a local car show but the weather scared people off. Only a few cars showed up.

Next stop on Saturday afternoon was to a small town called Marshallville which is literally a tiny, quaint "crossroads town" situated west of Akron, Ohio in the start of "Amish Country" on state route 94 in Wayne County.

Sunday was a local show at a VFW hall in Elyria, Ohio. Lots of nice stuff showed up for this show... Weather was cool but much better than Saturday..

Enjoy...... Rich

Here we go.................

The NAPA show at Eddie Schartman's store:

This is one of Fast Eddie's street rods...

This is his other streetrod wagon....

This Ford was awesome!! Should have heard it when they fired it up.. Driver did a hole shot out on Lorain Rd. when he pulled out.. This car is "serious business!"

This 70 Torino GT was unique. A guy I know owns it and bought it about 4 years ago from the original owner, an elderly female from the Cleveland area. Car has only 38,000 miles.

Stick shift on the column. The tan interior makes the car 1 of 1...

Now to Marshallville:

Very Nice 40 Chevy Truck...

This is a friend of mine's 66 Nova SS. It is an old drag car.

Neat 68 Nova...

This 67 Chevelle had a newer Vette engine in it..

Now to the Elyria VFW show on Sunday:

We had a Chevelle row going here....

My Buddy's 55 Chevy...

My Friend's 70

I really liked this 67 Malibu.. Was very clean and done right!!

Liked the nostalgic look of this Pontiac with the Keystones..

This was neat, 60 Camino. How many of these do you see??

Very Clean Corvair....

The "Hippie Van"

My Chevelle, had to put the top up finally. Little to cool for it to be down.. High was only 50 degrees today..

Friend's 67 Chevelle SS 396/325 HP car, rag top.. Very nice car...

Thats all.............

Great pics! Rained here all weekend, so I missed a lot of cruising.

Looks like "Fast Eddie" is still livin up to the name.

Nice shots Rich; thanks for the work. Glad you guys didn't have the snow they had a little further East.
