Default 1969 Camaro - inside of trunk lid - glossy?

Did a quick search and could not find anything....

Is the inside of the trunk lid on a 69 Camaro the same gloss and paint quality as the rest of the car? I have seen restored Camaros with semi-flat inner lids, and others with trunk lid undersides as shiny and perfect as the outside of the trunk lid.

How about the trunk hinges?

Thanks guys!

The body was painted with the lid attached and open. The underside of the lid & hinges should have the same general appearance as the body. These areas were not polished and are not quite as smooth as exterior surfaces.

Heres a photo, my original paint, and the trunk hinges are painted:

Thank you guys!

I've seen some inner trunk lids where the paint was just as perfect as the outside of the car, so the restorer hit it with 1000/2000 grit and then buffed it out. It appears that the inside of the lid was not buffed out at the factory, not super shiny and smooth like the outside of the lid.

Thank you for the pic, that looks great!
