66 Vette 427 engine with tags

427 being offerred with trim tag and NY registration (equals a title for an older car up there). Text says "I have certain paperwork and shine thing you can male a car out of this". I presume by "shine[y] thing" he means he also has the vin tag.

I reported to ebay. Someone here who is also on any Vette forums should post this info there too, so some record of this vin can be kept to prevent future fraud.
