Very nice cars and welcome aboard. You aussies have some GREAT cars over there and it would be nice to see some. No worries on the number gurus as many of us like both Day II and numbers stuff and are BIG into racing as well. Stick around and have a great time with us!

cheers for the welcome guys.

Summer is well n truly here M and cars are out n about. Here is a link to the most popular cruize joint in Brisbane Qld 'Munchies Diner', about 75 miles from my home. When the weather is good there is up to 300 cars every Fri nite, and as you can see, cars, rods and even custom interstater trucks! lol.Heres a link to a 'modern' oz car site that always has good 'oldschool' events pix...and the wifes car is in a pix-I was chauffered that nite lol!!
http://www.boostcruising.com.au/foru...owtopic=781362
Heres a pix of my T/A I have owned now for 10yrs or so, NM 340-6 4spd, 3.91,rallye dash n rims B5/black.
This pix was taken last year at a circuit track USA car event celebrating your Thanksgiving Day. Giving it a flogging down the back straight [well not quite 10/10ths] Its a great top of 3rd gear pix getting those sidepipes crackling.
cheers Dave

I bought the Polyglass tires last time in CA. [not on the car in the above pix!] Im looking to buy a correct set of wheel center caps,a space saver and accessories and an orig radio next trip and I'll be happy man...

Cheers M... yes SS427, It was great fun and a challenge at times even only after 6 laps or so,when the tires got a little squishey and the brakes a little hot! All good fun though if you keep it safe and within your driving boundaries, which I did. I dont really need a bent T/A!

cheers Dave
