The story from inside the plant is that production has not stopped, but cars are being held pending final QC release. They are not accepting anymore orders (DSOP) until the QC hold is over and the cars that have been built are released...

It appears that they have stopped production now. An issue has been found, but they have not disclosed what it is yet...
