'67 Vette question

Thought I'd ping you guys on this one. As I understand it, GM had a program for NASA astronauts where the could buy Vettes at cost. A friend has one of these. 100% original 327 4 speed ragtop with AC. Do Vettes out of this program, owned by an astronaut bring more value?

He is the second owner, bought directly from the astronaut in Houston.
