ok. here's the story. This picture has been around for years, (about 40 to be exact)it's my friends dad on the left, he's my former employer and proprietor of 560 Sunrise Hwy Baldwin. It's been hanging in my friends office forever and today for the first time I noticed it was a BM Vette in the picture also. I've sent it along to those in the know to see if they recall the circumstances and exactly which car this is. Hopefully more will be revealed.

I've checked with Joel Rosen and neither he nor I remember this advt. While the Corvette looks like it might be a Phase III GT, nothing about it rings a bell. We'll keep on checking around. Thanks Chris, Marty

can you tell what color it is?
with the old magazines, it can be hard to tell if it was a red car or orange There was a bunch of home built Corvettes done with the Motion parts like the hood and the GT headlights I can remember seeing at least two red ones over the years and a bunch of other colors saw this hood on ebay, looks to be a home built or maybe an early Motion hood done by using a bolt on scoop? not sure if any were done that way www.ebay.com/itm/181035777412 |
