Michigan residents sure liked to stow away the 1970 Chevelle.
This makes 7 "survivor" LS-6's from that state that I know of so far. Does the vertical centerline behind the SS grille emblem have stainless moulding on it,or is that just a reflection of light?

Not a reflection. This car DOES have the vertical stainless trim in the grill.

I inspected this car last week and it is a very unique car.
I took along a paint densitometer and went around the entire car, she certainly appears to be the original paint, with readings from as low as 1mm to 4.5mm. Very cool car...... Paul

The driver side inner fenderwell is the type used after `70. Did that style get used in some of the late 70 built cars, or could it have been changed at some time?
