I have a bare 1970 LS6 CRV Block. Can anyone tell me how many 1970 454/450HP, M22 4-Speed Chevelles were produced?
Thanks, Al in Maine |

Chevrolet doesn't even know that.
All they do know is that 5410 M-22's were installed & shared between the LS-5~(4298) & LS-6~(4475)Chevelle & Elcamino during 1970 production. |

There were 3,525 CRV engines assembled, but some of those were service replacements according to Tonawanda numbers. They go on to say that 82% of engine production went into cars, but that includes the CRR engines in that disclosure.
So, like Mr70 says, there isn't an exact number of M22 LS6 Chevelles known. |
