Is this a 68 camaro Vin number

18N416361 V0410ME

Block casting 3974678

What's kind of odd is ME is the suffix for a 67 Camaro 327 210HP. But it has April 68 heads(3917293) and the casting date of the block is 4-10-8 for April 10th 1968. From what I could find 1968 Camaro didn't have a ME suffix code in 1968

What do you guys think?
