Default conflicting info? 70 z28 with ac?

So I will quote one Web site (If the car was built in LA.... The Z28 WILL NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. None. Verify that there are no traces of A/C (ducting, kick panels, big hole in the firewall for evaporator). Presence of Air Conditioning will disqualify the car immediately. So does this mean if the car is a Norwood car it could have ac in a z28?

Correct, the only solid-lifter Chevrolet available with A/C was the 1972 Corvette w/ LT1 350.
