Looks like a black car?? and RS??? looking better.... are they later door panels, seats? Did not think they made black w red interior in 70

That's right down the road from where I used to live in Pittsburgh. I wonder if Tom M. (Day2_Z28) knows this car?

Correct, black is extremely rare on a '70 because it is special order -- trim tag etc.

Red interior was not a possibility on a '70 Camaro.

I don't know what kinda Z28 that is, its not a car I know, nor would want to KNOW. ....
Looks like a menagerie of 71-78 parts n pieces.... even the engine.
