1967 427-390 Pricing Help

I heard about a nice #2 427-390 hp '67 Corvette Coupe, older resto, 4 speed, factory air, PS, PB, in nice colors. I don't know much else about it at this point as I am waiting on more info, but does $80K sound reasonable if everything checks out?
