----Paul,,,I have to ask why there are no white tops listed for 67 and 68. Is it because they are the rest of the convert production?.....Bill S

Records from what I see under the RPO section list Options only no standard equipment, therefore which ever colors were standard, will not be listed.

I don't know if Camaros were somehow different, but it was always my understanding that there was not a 'standard' convertible top color for any particular body style. Just as the body paint color had to be specified when the car was ordered, so did the convertible top color.

Bill:
I hope all is well and you and your family had a wonderful holiday. Let me rephrase, rather than standard let me say: "default" in 67 and 68 the default color was white for the convertible top, 69 was either black or white. Exemplified by the fact that in 67 and 68 the window sticker did not list the convertible top as a line item unless it was other than white as a no cost option also. 69 did list the white top. See CRG's information about 1/2 way down: "1967-1969 Convertible Top Colors" http://www.camaros.org/numbers.shtml Paul
