Default Pavilions 12 17 2016 and almost Christmas

Rick,Lynn, Holly and I headed to Pavilions today. Rick is still working on the "new" ride, so brought the Camaro convertible...and we brought the Buick. The Desert Derelicts crew (us included) all brought food and treats to share with everyone at Pavilions as part of the Christmas holiday

We saw all of the regulars and had a great time visiting with everyone. There wasn't a ton of cars there today-as I think a lot of folks were out Christmas shopping or starting their Christmas travel. It was sunny and about 63 degrees today...not bad for December

I experimented with some settings on the camera...So hopefully the pics look okay.

Rods

Ward Gappa's survivor Superbird

Don Petty's 1960 Chrysler 300F convertible

HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM THE DESERT DERELICTS!

And...Bob Anderson's Chevy pickup!

It was good to see John Ward out and about...and hanging with all of us! We're truly blessed that he's doing so much better. He even brought out his GTX...The smile says it all!

Full tilt 9 second Hemi car....sounded great, too!

Pretty sure the girl that owns that Olds lives out here by me, and the car was featured in Hemmings Classic Car mag earlier this year.....she inherited it from her father after he passed away.

That's a great picture of Holly with Bob's dog!

Good stuff, Bruce! Recall the Rat Patrol Mopar at the CC Nats - maybe 1st year Springfield after bounced from Indy . Sounded the bidness then, too!
