----This Vette may be titled as a 65 but I'm betting it isn't, although it has so many other year parts I cant pin down the actual year. I do realize that its a race car. just pointing out a potential problem......Bill S

Do you guys REALLY think that price is right? I know some of the old race cars are bringing some good money, but I myself have never heard of Paul???
I'm actually in the market for something like this, preferably a 1969, and I've seen very nice, current cars sell for well less COMPLETE. Just don't know about this one!

EZ, you never heard of Paul Blevins? You must be a young guy. Fastest Chevy racer next to Grump in the early Pro Stock years. Had the fastest G/MP 55 nomad on the planet. Made the 288 inch motor a household name to any Modified Eliminator racer in NHRA. Blevins, Moroso, Truppi, Jesel, Iaconio, Bernie Agaman, Bob Johnson and a few others terrorized the Modified Eliminator ranks for years in Div-1 and all over the Country.

All true plus $60-thou Canadian is only $46,500 US @ today's 1.29 exchange rate. If anyone here is serious, note the seller's cell # listed w/ his other auction for the Daimler Ferret. ~ Pete - ![]() - ![]() - ![]() - ![]() - ![]() -

SC, Not sure I would say "young" as I'm 50 now!! LOL And being in Canada it's still 60K rolling to me.
Sure does look nice, and maybe I'm off a bit. I would say it's a 25-30K car US. But that's just my 2 cents, and that's CANADIAN 2 cents , which is basically nothing. Haha

still a pup EZ. Too young to know anything about the Modified Eliminator days of drag racing. Best days ever!
That was a killer corvette in its day. I would say $45,000 in US money is pretty close. |

Thats a great car. Paul won the US Nationals in that car in 1972. He later sold it to Dick Moroso so it's got some pretty good history. I wouldn't mind having it in my garage.
