Default Nova front inner fender installation

OK Nova experts -- I have a 71 Nova and want to know if the front inner fender wells can be installed with fenders already hung. I will need to get the front end alignment accomplished and thought it would be easier if the inner wells were not installed -- techie would not have to lean over the freshly painted fenders. TAZ

I know on a 69 Nova it is a piece of cake to do it with the fenders on, I just did it. The fender wells sit outside the fenders not inside.

That is correct on Nova, vs Camaro that has to be installed together.

It works well to have 2 people on the install. And a towel over the A arms to help keep from scratching if they're freshly painted.
