Default '68 L78 Camaro?

I see the 6000rpm tach and BB heater core. Marketed as a SS350.

Ever notice on many of these "cheap" Camaros for sale on eBay they show photos of everything EXCEPT the most important photo: that of the Cowl Tag

There are a couple keys I see that make me believe it is a true bb car. Ive contacted the seller for additional photos. Wait and see what he sends.

Trim tag on a 68 won't tell you much anyway. It also looks like it has the big block trans crossmember. Kinda neat that it was probably a big block car to start with but no docs and engine gone to me makes it not worth restoring back to stock anyway.

Cool sometimes what can still be hiding in plain sight!
After Charley's comment, I was hoping for an MM tag but Vin range looks like no chance.

Here is the response I received back..

The numbers do match and it s a real car...you can check it out in person if you win the auction or I ll send pics after you win the auction. I m selling the car for a customer and I own Smothers Supercars.
