1 rough Kelsey Hayes 14x6 Magstar KH-70612 dated 1968 FORD bolt pattern rim wheel
Hi Everyone, I have a very rough but REAL Kelsey Hayes part number KH-70612 14x6 Magstar - the aluminum center riveted with chrome outer hoop. Ford bolt pattern 5 on 4.5 - 5 on 4 1/2
It's rough and has been sitting, the tire had water in it and the steel portion of the rim is rusty and the chrome is flaking and peeling - see photos - this is a driver wheel at best but should be restored. See the photo of the dings on the edge of the wheel - can likely be easily banged out.
This is a rare Wheel - the 15" 15x7 versions came on the Shelby cars I think Marauders too maybe - might even have been sold OTC at Sears... not sure - I wasn't there.
In any event, it's a rare piece if for nothing else but a wall hanger.
Dated 68 - can't make out the month stamp if one's there.
