'69 Chevelle SS396 Project - Special Paint car, Rough.
What a mess, but there aren't a lot of special paint cars out there. Unfortunately, sounds as though the VIN and body tag are gone (has a state-assigned VIN due to previous theft) so it's a bummer all around.
The docs suggest this one was ordered with a nice selection of options (4-speed, U14, sport striping) but sadly, that stuff all seems to have disappeared. Link to 1969 Chevelle SS396 auction   136379B321126
