Default Cragar SS Wheel question? Date code?

Guys can anyone tell me how to read the date code on a Cragar SS Wheel. I have a wheel stamped L209 3 85 1. You was made in Mexico according to the tap. It also has the gussets for the lug nut washer. Just wondering what i have here. Any help would be appreciated. I has some peeling from the chrome around the ring of the rim. Even called Cragar SS Wheel Co and the customer service rep could not answer any of my questions. This wheel has stamped ID numbers.
