I wonder what happens after the auction if someone produces the original title to the car? Sale null and void?

who ever has storage has the right to auction the car for fees..the storage facility and the auction company will have paper work that trumps the title..its all about the paper work etc..shouldn't be an issue...at least that's how it is around here

Ian and I inspected this car in person last Saturday, as it is located just a few miles from his home and he was very interested.
To say it is a major project is an understatement; needs nearly all body panels, floor boards and much more. Has an old shiny paint job that hides much in the pictures. Ian was "in" at 25k, which we agreed was ALL the money. It is a real R4 red RS27, meaning 440 GTX convertible, but is a column automatic. So doing the math; 25k + minimum of 50k for a driver quality resto + fees puts it at about 80k. Sounds like 80k in a 50-60k car to me. Trust me...she is a MAJOR project and whoever the high bidder is now is in for a huge surprise! BA |

Not always true about the paper work to get a title. I bought a storage unit with 2 Harley's and 2 jet skis. It came with no titles and would have been a long process to get a title in Illinois maybe other states would have been different

That's like a lotto winner waiting until the last day to cash the ticket. I imagine in a couple weeks it would have been to last to claim it. I wonder what the storage bill is. Anyone know?
