Default Wow. '72 #s SS454 Chevelle Garage Find, Original Special Order Black Paint

Tired, but still wearing its original paint and comes with its original engine. I don't think there's any money to be made on this one at the $15k asking price, but if you have your heart set on a W-code '72, this is one of the coolest projects you'll find. If it were only a M22....

Neat car for sure, Tony. But yes a major labor-of-love type of project.

If it is indeed an original black car then it is also a special order paint car as Tuxedo Black was not a standard offering for Chevelle in 1972. Should have dashes or the actual paint code next to PNT on the trim tag.

*Edit - sorry I did not see that you had mentioned "special order paint" in your posting title.

Cool find, but I don’t think that car spent much time in the garage.
