Unfinished projects can definitely be scary...this one might be scary too...but if the seller moves off the $25k opening bid it could get interesting. Evidently this one was painted at some time, but looks like it might need a repaint judging by the limited pics.
Looks like it was thrown together to sell - but it might be a decent car even though the presentation is pretty slapdash.
BTW, I'm about 45 minutes from the car if someone here has a serious interest.
