$1000 '69 Dart 340/4-sp Project, California Car
OK, so the guy can't find the title, and there's some missing stuff, but provided there's a solution with the CA DMV this looks like a solid little project. I can't remember the last time I've seen a muscle-era restorable 4-speed car (with the 'P' coded VIN identifying the 340 mill) for this cheap.
Forgot to mention, the pic below is BEFORE the guy disassembled it and bolted the tub to a body cart. So, best that a local guy buys this thing.... Link to 1969 Dart 340/4-sp auction  LM23P9E150647
