Congrats to Mr. Ron, the original "Tin Solder" and 2020 Class Champion SS/KA
Mr. Ron Terrell is the original owner of the Tin Soldier COPO Camaro. He actually worked at the plant building Camaros and actually had a hand in building his own COPO camaro!
Mr. Ron still races the Tin Soldier II to this day. He recently placed 1st in the NHRA SS/KA class. http://sportsman.nhra.com/content/sp...3970&zoneid=85 "In other qualifying classes this weekend, all of Friday's best qualifiers stayed on top. In Comp Eliminator, Rod Dorsey, North Judson, Ind., bested the field while Super Stock competitor Ron Terrell of Hebron, Ky., was No. 1. In Stock Eliminator, Don Holmes, Dayton, Ohio, retained his No. 1 spot at did Top Sportsman racer Tom Stultz of Terre Haute, Ind."  Mr. Ron has the green shirt on, and his lovely wife is next to him.
