I'm attempting to rebuild a set of hubs and currently have them apart. They were extremely tight on the outer race and tight on the inner shaft. My guess is they should be a press fit on the outer race, but a slip fit on the inner. Since the inner has the lock screw and can preload the inner races.
Thanks for any insight you might have I can't imagine both were pressed fit. |
