Nice '68 Camaro RS/SS396 California Project, Off the Road Since the '90s
Man, this was probably a $3000 car back in the mid 1990s. As strange as it seems to me today, we would see nice driveable first-gens for $4-5k and a nice numbers car for a grand or two more than that.
This one has been painted the ugliest green available, but was originally a Z-Z code BRG car. Pretty sweet even though the original engine is long gone. Interesting that even the original shifter is still bolted in place, arms and levers and all. Link to 1968 Camaro RS/SS396 auction      124378L333858
