Ellingson is always sky high with the price, as they are mostly consignment and want their percentage. They were a museum with cars for sale for many years, but the city kept raising the taxes on them and the museum fee wasn't keeping up with the cost, so they went to sales only several years ago. They do, still, purchase some of the cars they sell, but I believe most are consignment now.
