Default 1969 Chevelle Blue Light AM/FM Stereo

I pulled this stereo assembly out of the dirtiest 1969 Chevelle wagon, probably 25 years ago. Found it in a box and hooked it up today, and it plays loudly and clearly on all four channels, kind of amazing. There is some scratchiness in the volume control as always, which you can address with electronics cleaner such as Deoxit. Will clean up beautifully, but is still generally filthy as shown. I do have a video of it playing local stations if someone's interested in hearing it. I think $700 plus the ride is a fair price. Includes both front kick panel speaker harnesses and a stub harness to the rear two speakers.

Looks very similar to a '70, any idea if just a face plate change would make it look correct ? I bet the knob spacing is the same for mounting.

I have a early 70's 5 band equalizer that was so popular back then to boost the power and tailor the sound more...

Yep! Same radio case and knob spacing, just a slightly different faceplate and a yellow stereo indicator.

I think this is also correct for 69 Camaro.

Nice find Tony. All the electronic stuff I find is INOP.
