Default Help with assembly manual

I've spent about an hour now and gave up finding the dims for placement of the V8, 350 and SS emblems on my '67 SS. I have NOS fenders and need to, accurately, locate these and I thought I had seen this in the manual, but I can't find them now. Anyone know the page(s) numbers I'm looking for ???

Thanks in advance for the guidance...

Thank you, Mike !!
NOW, anyone know what the number 15 line is that seems to be the plane I'm supposed to measure up from ? I thought it might be the body line at the bottom, but that is WAY too far down to only measure up the small dimensions on the page...
I have an idea what to do with this and it won't involve any measuring.
I have the original fenders, with all the holes and will find a way to locate them on a template to transfer to the new fenders. The left original has been smashed numerous times in the front and I don't feel confidant in using that one for locating the SS emblems on a template and the right one is 12' up a post in the back building and, of course, the post is surrounded by "stuff". I'll have to resort to doing something like all the crazy fails we watch on youtube...
