Default 69 Dash Carrier Repair

I'm need some advice on how to repair the holes for the radio shafts and one of the tabs for the steering column cover. The holes have had the backs cut off them to fit an aftermarket radio. Also, one of the tabs that mounts the steering column cover is broken off. For the tab I was thinking of getting a piece of plastic available in most hobby shops and epoxying a piece on, but I am at a loss for how to repair the radio holes. This is a otherwise mint tach dash.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
