Default Rear of Z/28 vs.big block

I know Motion used both Z/28's and big block Camaros.I have seen the rear of a Z/28 car but was wondering when a big block Camaro was used did they keep the balck panel between the tail lights? Anyone have a picture?

Does this help?

I think that if they were painting Motion stripes on the car, they would paint over the back panel.
