I found this one in a barn in Ben Lomond CA. Its a mountain town above Santa Cruz. The car has been sitting over 20 years. It is a 396/360 hp, 4 speed, 3.73 non-posi. Originally Marina Blue with Bright blue bench interior. 66K original miles. Has anyone ever seen this air cleaner decal before. I thought it was aftermarket at first, but the lis had the silkscreen under it and I see no evidence of former decals. Someone put some buckets in the car early on, they look to be European? If anyone knows what they go to originally I would like to know. Here's a few pics of the car.

And finally, the reason it was parked. At least it still opens and closes great!

The air cleaner decal is an aftermarket, but era-correct item. You could buy these from speed shops and through parts catalogs with various engine IDs and HP ratings. I think these decals were discussed here awhile back.

It's been a long time for me, but I didn't have that sticker on my 396/360 Chevelle---I do remember similar aftermarket decals
