I've checked out the new version and they are similar to the old style "Junior" mufflers. The original full diameter pipes are the "ones" I'm looking for and yes they do emit a full bodied tone .

Had a friend in high school, 20 years ago that had a set of Cyclone Purple Hornies header mufflers on his Ford pickup. I know guys I said the 4 letter word, sorry. He thought they weren't loud enough brand new, so he took them off and poured gasoline on them and lit them on fire. He repainted them and put them back on his truck. Talk about loud, I couldn't even hear the stereo when I first took a ride in the truck. WOW! I guess that is what you do when you are 17 years old, heck I don't know!

I have a problem with being 51, and still thinking I'm 17. Schonye
