HC,
------Bought and restored a 1958 Fiat 500 Jolly (open, island version) for my wife about four years ago. Its got wicker seats. The only thing super is the amount of fun you can have in it.People ask me "whats it got for power" and I tell them "17 throbbing horsepower". Two pistons a little smaller than the diameter of a Coke can and a Weber carb with an inlet the size of a silver dollar! ------I may have the last laugh though with fuel prices being what they are. The little sucker gets unbelieveable gas mileage, although limited to about 50mph down hill...........Bill S |

Jeff,
PLEASE tell me you won't let Ken B see that pix of your son next to the car!!!!!! If you do,he will be knocking on your door in no time....candy in hand along with a big smile to induce luring the child out of your house... All kidding aside I can tell you some wonderful stories about Ken although he would then have to kill me and since I just found myself in retirement world, I would like to enjoy at least a few days of it.... Ken,your REAL story (for now)is safe with me. The rest of you, keep a close eye on your children. BTW, kewl looking car! Ann |
