I don't want to jump anyone that may be associated with this identity, but a 4346 Holley I was watching was won on e-bay by a bidder that has been snatching up COPO parts, including the following trim tag:

Wouldn't it be something if the person who sold this tag ended up getting this tag back only attached to a car he was told was a REAL COPO? Might make you rethink this statement.
