You should have seen the one I had on Friday. I was fishing here on the Delaware River in NJ and I get a sudden yank on my line. Then the sound of the drag as it just starts taking line! This thing was pulling me and my boat(13' Boston Whaler Rage) around the river! I'm thinking I have a nice walleye or striper on the line. I finally tire it out and pull it to the surface to find a big ole catfish! Got it on a spinner too, no bait. I was not happy. Oh well, but it's better than catching nothing.
