Default What book would you suggest..

I'm looking for a book to help know the Chevrolet muscle cars. Not a "Buyers Guide". A book helping with models, Vin # info, casting numbers. A book to help me get to really know if the car I maybe looking at is what it's marketed as. Thanks, Patrick

Alan Colvin's book Chevrolet by the Numbers will help with all the technical stuff regarding #'s for models, engines, trans, etc. As for a book that can tell you if the car you are looking at is a real muscle car, they don't have one. If they did though, it certainly would be on the best sellers list!!!!
