A good freind of mine just closed the door of his Speed Shop After 30 plus years .(Thanks jegs/summit )
He let me look around he never was one to hold onto old stock .But i found alot of cool stuff plus a big box of old Mr Gasket ,Rocket etc Gasket's for Boss hemi 429 ,ford 427 mpar 413 426 360 ,Chevy 409 ,427,396 Pontaic 421 ,389 etc ..Just thought i share my neat find ..Any one have any story or picture of Speed shop Attic Finds ...

The old S+S Speed Shop was bought out a few years ago. Falls Church, Virginia. They sell parts on e-bay as Old Vintage Speed or something. A lot of old catalogs. Those things you have look good hanging on the garage wall. Sam

You're right Sam.
Just one of the cool items VintageSpeedShop had for sale awhile ago,was Hurst Wheels in the original decorative shipping cans..I think they brought a grand each. Although they sold most of the stuff they found from S+S,I remember logging onto their auctions weekly to see what was next. ![]() |
