Default Cushman Eagle Scooters

Anyone here know anything about the Cushman Eagles, what is the best year model to look for, pros and cons on them.Any negative things to look for.I wanted one when I was a young kid but all I could afford was an old step through cushman not an Eagle.I am going to look at a Eagle that has been stored for awhile.I don't guess the young guys here on the board will know a lot about them but some of the guys that has been around a little longer should.Pros and cons on the engine sizes etc and just about any information you can give me.My Sweetie won't let me have a harley!LOL
And I want to feel the wind in my face!LOL
Thanks

Bobby Dodson

Drop John (ssl78) a PM. We were just talking about Cushman cycles over the weekend. He has had one. Not sure if it was an eagle though.

It would make a good pit bike, wouldn't it?

Check out '60-'65 Super Silver Eagles. They were the top of the line. Electric start too. You can get aftermarket engines(Vanguard) with 20-25 horse. They will fly!!!!!!!!!! Been looking for one myself, to go along with my old Vespa.
