I believe its called a Volga... Russian car. Looks like it has some serious body and interior mods too! Kinda cool.

there was a story on this car in one of the Enthusiest Mags about two years ago. (Car and Driver or Automobile). Commissioned by some rich Russian< built on Modern chasis,cant remember what and custom body to simulate original design.

Wow, a lot of those interior parts are identical to my 1994 BMW 325is. Specifically the steering wheel, shifter and maybe the instrument cluster/dash.
