Marlin,

Does Franklin Plating do flash chrome style as well? I
wanted to get my valve covers done over and I spend time
in Philly off-and-on.

Try Victor or his Brother @ Courtesy Custom Polishing here in Villa Park,Il.
630-832-1862.6AM-3PM Mon-Sat.
I've taken smaller items like mirrors and Trim pcs.to him,and he is outstanding.I asked him about Flash Chroming and he said if it can be done,he'll do it.He stands behind his stuff.
He started & still does specialize in plating Motorcycle parts, but I believe he will do car Bumpers today too.
Give him a call.
