Original X-55 '69 SS Camaro question

This eBay auction is for a Butternut Yellow SS with Ivory deluxe interior. Pretty combo with a 4-speed & 350. Odd thing is an 02A build date, and the N/66 wheels. The window sticker looks like a repro. I'm pretty sure the N/66 wheels were early build only. Thoughts? Steve
